HEALTH IS WEALTH

“Health is not only the concern of body, but it is related to the mind as well. That is why health is considered as wealth” said Dr. Vasanthkumar Perla, Head of AIR, Karwar, while speaking on the inaugural function of “Sushrutha Clinic” at Kasaragod recently.

 “Health is still having a wider range. As per Vedic philosophy health is wholesome. It is connected to society and environment also. To get a sound and healthy personality, both physically and mentally, society and environment also should be sound and un-polluted. Our Ayurveda system is looked on-to that” he remarked.

The clinic was started by Dr. Naveen Kulamarva, a young and enterprising professional hailing from a remote village of Kasargod in the intention to serve the local milieu. He told that pure Ayurvedic systems including “panchakarma chikitsa” are available in the clinic.
